I don't think he's talking about recreational drugs, by drugs he is probably talking about how in your country doctors hand out fucked up addictive drugs like painkillers or xanax which turns you into a retard. It fucking melts your brain, I had to take some painkillers for 1 week once after surgery, fuck that shit, being sober is far better.
