Well, I can attest that what they learn in medical school is to do what "they" say. There's a lot of dumb shit that happens in medicine just because it's supposedly the way things are done. Tradition; I don't know what you call it. Somewhere up there there's boards like the AMA that actively hate white people.
There's also doctors and healthcare workers who are incredibly redpilled as well, like there are any other profession. One of the most redpilled people I'm friends with, works in the medical industry and he redpills patients on the daily. Even funnier is when the vast majority of people share his views - I've heard many stories.
That being said, yeah, there are a fuckton of NPCs there as well. Corruption fucks anything if one allows it.
