Imo the problem is deeper than that. Nobody forced the retards into welfare, they choose to take it. Im not saying niggers are upstanding members of society, but that they could have been had they not been given free shit. American blacks have enough white dna in them from slave times that theyre not ever going to be surgeons and astronauts, but absent of gibs maybe they could have raised themselves up.
