Examples? (Of the good stuff of course).
It started with reading a book of Buddhist parables which led me to buying a book about the path to Buddhism, which I discovered isn't actually a religion, but obviously can be. They believe that you're welcome to borrow any teachings you need to be a better person and not necessarily be a Buddhist so that's what I'm doing.
So far I've learned a lot about compassion (something I run low on) and who the most important person is, and how to get along better with others and it's already made an impact on my life.

Who is that?
In this moment right now, it's you! It's whoever you're giving your time and energy to in the moment. It helps you remember that the person you're interacting with is human and deserves to feel like they genuinely matter. Practice this with all whites you speak to going forward.
