I go to the gym 5 days per week. I cook 100% of my food. I regularly visit family to help with whatever they need. What do you do to make sure you go to bed better than when you woke up?

I'm not particularly scared of replying to random vitriol on poal, but it does get tiresome. My savior is a Jew, so (((this))) doesn't bother me. I'm sure you'll find some way to get under my skin though! Keep it up!
