The Chinese were manipulating the SARS virus with Fauci's money in Wuhan, probably as part of a biological weapons program. When the generals heard about their creation escaping the lab, they went full communist, because only god knows what kind of shit they also have there in store. The videos of people dropping on the streets I can remember, were all due to exhaustion.
