HOW FUCKING HARD IS IT TO DO YOU GODDAMN JOB? Just fucking do it!!! I'm not even talking difficult tasks, I'm talking things like calling me back or showing up to a scheduled time. Then when you confront these people they have an excuse why they didn't show up - THEN FUCKING CALL ME AND SAY YOU AREN'T SHOWING UP!!!

What the fuck is wrong with people? If this isn't Communism yet we've at least got Communist work ethic already.

I've noticed delivery services have gotten a lot worse the past few years. USPS says my address is undeliverable all the time because I'm in an apartment complex. They don't give me a slip but I go it the PO anyway and ask for my package. They won't give it to me because no slip and mail it back. UPS delivers a day or three late saying they tried each day - I have a camera and there are no slips. FedEx will also lie the same way UPS does. When I comain to any of the companies I get responses of 'it was just delayed' or 'the driver says they tried' or in the USPS's case 'we don't have to deliver' which just makes absolutely no sense to me.

I've been working since I was 14. Whether I hated my job or my boss I still did my job. At my current job I've even noticed that accountability is going out the window. There are two people on my team who probably work less than an hour a day. Our manager doesn't care, his manager doesn't care, the director says he's not heard of any issues. I just don't get it. Those of us who have to make up for the slack get shit - I had a review and was told to quit being such an overachiever. I've applied for and gotten a new job but HR has been dragging their feet for 3 months and haven't sent me the offer letter. I am losing my mind with the lazy incompetence I'm dealing with.
