We all know that big pharma was given a hall pass that theoretically shields them from any and all liability arising from vaccine side effects. My question is how do they expect this to stand up in court of law? Politicians pass unconstitutional laws all the time... this is fundamental to the checks and balances system between out three branches of government. The legislative branch can pass any law they want and if the law is not constitutional the path to justice for the public is to take the government to court. If the court does it's job properly the law (or parts of the law) is struck down.

The 14th amendment mandates that the law must be applied equally to everyone. So isn't a law that makes some laws not apply to some people a violation of this? The legislative branch has no authority to grant immunity. How is there any expectation that the Vaccine Liability Immunity will stand up in court?

Well, I see this shit all over the place. Here in Germany it's just the same. Politicians not adhering to their own rules. Corrupt courts ruling against citizens. Corporations running amok with no accountability. Universities and media subverted by communists. Whites being replaced and out bred by shitskins. Jews untouchable. You get the picture.

There was a flood here a couple of days ago, which killed 150 people or more. Unthinkable in a modern society, that people weren't warned days in advance. The government received very accurate warnings what to expect that sound like prophecies now. Yet they failed to warn the population. Not one siren went off, although a year ago there was a national emergency drill where they found that the public warning systems had become so unreliable as to be useless. Nothing seems to have been done in the mean time to fix this. Now, that the flood has subsided, people are without any aid from the state. No fire fighters no military, no corps of enigineers (Technisches Hilfswerk). Private citizens and farmers are doing all the cleanup work. The police only showed up to make sure that no "right wing" propaganda was spread and wanted the folks that worked hard to wear masks! I'm not kidding, when I say our own government is waging war against us.

The level of incompetence in government is only rivaled by the massive corruption, which pervades almost all levels and flavors of the political, educational and jurisdictional landscape. We can and absolutely should use any means the law provides to fight all of the above, for now. At the same time we should see the writing on the wall and be prepared for the things to come. The war has already started and, looking at the majority of the population, I'm afraid things will have to get a lot worse before they can get better. Not a pretty picture but, I believe, an accurate one.

If fighting the system within the constraints of that very same system would work long term, we wouldn't have to contemplate these things at all. I've been around long enough to witness the steady decline and it's a pattern I notice which doesn't make me very hopeful for the future.

Be prepared, is all I'm saying, not be disillusioned. Those are not black pills although plain facts nowadays do have the tendency to be perceived as such. Keep fighting for good but don't dismiss the possibility of a very bad outcome.

It's mindboggling that the same things are happening in most countries worldwide, as if the same people are behind it all pulling the strings.

I'm so sorry you are going through that in Germany. We had a crazy February with the record cold snap in Texas when all the power, and for many people, water, was shut off. I live in a tiny town and a few citizens volunteered to manually work the pumps at the local water supply so we didn't lose water unlike some of the neighboring areas.
