But as a place of public accommodation you can’t discriminate based on medical conditions.

There's probably anti-discrimination laws in most states that would prevent you from banning individuals for the reasons you listed.

However, you can decorate your business however you like. Think about the gay bars those types like and create the opposite. Nothing but Tucker on the TV, only serve whiskey and beer, have Tues night woodworking classes, Wed night Bible studies,etc. You get the idea.

Look in to what happened to The Olympic Club in San Francisco. It was an exclusive men’s club which didn’t allow jews or fags or really anybody besides White Males.

Then they started to get sued because they wouldn’t allow in women. Oddly enough the sister club, The Metropolitan Club, an exclusive women’s club, did not get sued for disallowing males.

And the courts supported the lawsuit and The Olympic Club caved. Next thing you know there were fags and niggers and kikes in there and the place really started to go to shit. That’s when I quit.

Private club of some of the most rich and power men around. Still got sued and lost.

I feel like that will quickly turn into a fuckfest. And if one person gets something elsewhere before they get tested it will spread like wildfire since no one will take any precautions. It's one of those good in theory ideas that could backfire bad.
