Genuine question here. If you’re smoking, why waste any of it out the window when you can trap it in your car?

Did you ever consider that it's because people litter everywhere, but the people who clean it up don't pick up cigarettes butts? It's impossible to get them with pickers.

You should move to somewhere cleaner. I have only seen people picking up litter in two places: highways, and big cities. Pretty much everywhere else is naturally litter-free, except for cigarette butts.
