Genuine question here. If you’re smoking, why waste any of it out the window when you can trap it in your car?

Back in the day when we thought the earf was deflated, we would call it "Clam bakin".

Ps. Second hand smoke is for pussies. most doctors smoke camels. The smooth taste is soothing for expectant mothers.
