Turn it around to people spreading degeneracy by being fat in public, homos, etc. And the effects those have on use of tax money when it could be going to help people in real health need rather than fatty's insulin supply. Homos reduce birth rate so fewer people to pay taxes. Or look at the risks. Turn it around by arguing that people with any illness at all should stay home, because even with a mask and vaccine they put others at risk. Can be taken further to argue against them being able to drive, since that puts people at risk. Basically get them to admit that they acknowledge a spectrum of risk, and just happen to put the goalpost right between their actions and yours, so they're on the right side. Move your goalpost father towards the risk-aversion side so that they are in the wrong too.
