<not serious> but, you know, western-world-wide ... companies can't find people to workd, the swarming job seekers, 20 applicants per advert, are . . . gone. Look for articles "where are the job seekers?" Similar number of jobs, or fewer maybe if some companies closed, and there are hardly any applicants.

In my company, everyone is getting great offers from other companies, 'cos (neither we nor) they,well, just can't find people.
