Because that's what it's being called by those pushing it. You have to use the terminology that people are going to understand in order to get through to them.
If you call it the clot shot, people are simply going to tune you out. Call it an mRNA injection if you need the actual term for what it is.

This. I only use "mRNA bio-shot" here. Very specifically because I understand the users here know what I mean. I've often used "the nonvaxx" with normies, which they actually do understand.
Same way the CIA weaponized "conspiracy theory" after all the Americans didn't believe the official narrative for JFK and kept calling it what it was - a "criminal conspiracy".

You don't really need to convince those people that this is bad, those you can just give some evidence and say "Please read this and let me know what you think."
The ones that need convincing are the deliberate idiots who refuse to believe anything other than the television.
