Interpretation can differ, yes, that's the problem. Because people have different experiences, inclinations and intellectual capacities. So whenever there is any kind of ambiguity, there tends to be a wide array of interpretations. But I try to limit my own bias and understand it from the perspective of the ones who wrote it. The fact that the translations are often incorrect, does not help matters.
