Is it really so hard to believe there are dimensions beyond this one, and that there may be beings that operate under different rules other than the ones of physical reality that we have to live within?
As cool as the Prometheus sci-fi shit is, I am not about to believe there is a constant loop of physical extra-terrestrial aliens creating one another.
The concept of "dimensions" as you seem to understand it is unfortunately mostly a red herring. Things are hidden in plain sight in clever ways and it is hard for people to grasp the differences. The 2012 "End of the world" prophecies were precisely this issue. The "End of the world" is a mistranslation and would more accurately be translated as "End of an era". Like when Tesla invented AC electricity, it marked the end of an era. The old world died and a new world was born with cheap and accessible electricity.
The "dimensions" you refer to are not something that requires a portal and sci-fi technology to access. The woke mob of zombie NPCs exists in a parrallel dimension/universe to your own. The propaganda machine has created many different realities which people exist in. Some realities belive in 72 genders, some believe in BigFoot, some belive in SlenderMan... Some are Democrats, some are Republicans, ... But they all exist in the same place at the same time. If you can grasp this you're lightyears ahead of most sheep.
Prometheus in the Aliens saga is different from Greek mythology. I think you're loosing the point here.
