sarcasm. because of its high frequency ,5g ( 5th generation not 5ghz) will require a transceiver of some sort every 500 ' radius. transceiver ----- transmit and receive ----- your signal and everyone else's that passes by---- it's needed to track you, it's not for your benefit. yes ,your phone completes a hand shake with every compatible device, exchanging metedata, without your permission.

it's needed to track you

Because they don't already know exactly where you are? This is absurd. Higher frequencies are absorbed more easily and don't travel as far, so they need more stations.

obviously you didn't read my comment, it's not about knowing where you are genius

[–] 0 pt

it's the complete keys data exchange, not the tracking. the handshake , " I am joe blows phone,I have collected this much data from all the other devices I have come into contact with since the last upload /download I will share that now"

[–] 2 pts

it's needed to track you

oh shush, they can track you to within a few metres with 4G, possibly closer if they have control of the towers.

[–] 2 pts

they can already do that!!!

Such a jew argument. They can do it better and more accurately with (((5g))).

[–] 0 pt

exactly what reason would anyone have to locate you down the the nearest cm then?

they have satellites now too...

I would guess that knowing where someone is 24/7 is pretty much pointless noise data, as your internet habits and shopping data is far more easily analysed.

If the FBI need me I'm either in the top floor office, the kitchen, the loo, the local supermarket, on a bike in the woods, or travelling between any of those points. Oh noes, I feel so exposed...

[–] 0 pt

not really no.

triangulation calculations are not dependant on the type of signal from the towers, only what is doing the calculating.

[–] 0 pt

it not just going to give location, it's Already telling Whom you have come into contact with and passing their metadata as well. look in Settings>Health. they installed it for you! for your benefit, cuz they love you

Health

you can delete it, it's just an app

Doesn't even take 4G. They had that way before.

Yes, I'm just pointing out that 5G is nothing special in that regard

ahem gps and accellerometers....

dont even need a mobile connection to be tracked

and your phone no longer actually powers off entirely. it goes into standby.

well the newer ones go into AirTag mode when switched off, you can disable this though
