I don't know if they still do but in NJ they used to require an HIV test before a marriage license. Everyone used to just go to Rhode Island for the licenses and quick marriages because there were no hoops to jump through. They have been playing games for a long time. They tried all this same shit with AIDS but they because it was gays and blacks getting sick from drug use it didn't work on scaring the hetero whites. Flu gets everyone so they are winning over dumbasses this time.
