I don't think it's old vs young but rather traditionalists vs modernists/transhumanists. This whole "crisis" has been a long time coming, as increasingly modernists and progressives have taken over world governments. These people venerate healthcare as a secular cult. They believe health comes from healthcare spending, regular doctor visits, medications, therapy etc. They are completely detached from nature, believe in the progressive lie that everyone is born equal and diseases are a matter of bad luck rather than the result of modern foods and dysgenics. I agree the dysgenic should die off. Child mortality rates are far too high, we are producing millions of useless kids who are already regular hospital-patients before their teens. Part of me wishes there really was a deadly pandemic so all these useless plant-based progressives would die off.
