After an EMP attack, power goes down (no travel, no tech , no food chain, no surveillance etc).

The aftermath of such an attack creates a societal void where there is no law or order. How many of you would use that opportunity to "settle scores" and find those that have wronged you?

I reckon that within 2 weeks of an EMP attack, the death toll from such an event would be nuts.

Wouldn't have to, most of the people I don't like would die without my intervention in the first 2 weeks after such an event.
