After an EMP attack, power goes down (no travel, no tech , no food chain, no surveillance etc).

The aftermath of such an attack creates a societal void where there is no law or order. How many of you would use that opportunity to "settle scores" and find those that have wronged you?

I reckon that within 2 weeks of an EMP attack, the death toll from such an event would be nuts.

After a EMP, I see niggers robbing each other like crazy, and mostly stealing stuff like TVs and stereos that don't even work anymore

Yup. Tons of shit that doesn't matter, like sneakers (marginally useful) and sail foams (useless). Mexicans will probably be smart enough to loot generators, but they won't think to get a hand pump to get the fuel for it out of the station tanks.
