Not Jesus but the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 2:11-22. Jesus was only concerned about the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and circumcision of the heart. An inward change. Romans 2:29. There, Paul links that concept directly to Christ Jesus. Deuteronomy 30 also supports the above.
