Use an archiving website like this one: https://archive.ph

Just paste the url you want archived into the bar, give it a minute and you will have an archived url to share that can also never be altered.

If he does that then I'm out. The other possible way to interpret it is that he's going to blue check mark almost everyone. But that's going to require ID to do so. But I don't care about check marks.
