Use an archiving website like this one: https://archive.ph

Just paste the url you want archived into the bar, give it a minute and you will have an archived url to share that can also never be altered.

Pardon, but I'm a little confused. I'm with you, I'd hope for more people to do it as it takes no time to archive links, and everyone here should have the idea that many Twitter posts with anything of use are short lived.
