Because being white is not something that defines white people.
There are however things like "Ukrainian village" in Chicago. It really is just a higher concentration of Ukrainians with Ukrainian language services available.
Garbage take. Billions of people define a few hundred million other people for being white.
Being grouped by others is not a foundation for a community. There needs to be something that all the people in that community relate to. Something that is important to them. Outside of having to deal with persecution for being white that is just not something white people think about. It is not an identity.
