full disclosure I was buying into this narrative in the past when I was ignorant and didn't have all the facts. After I was called an antisemite for pointing out most of the "white" billionaires were jewish on social media, I started to investigate further. The reason this rhetoric is so effective and catches on as a general gestalt is because of the pain of the oppressed masses. people can sense that they are being ruled over and are participating in a system that is slavery with more steps. people can tell something is wrong.
