Could be. Maye they want to be the go-to search engine for "White supremacists" and other people that avoid Google and friends, so they can paint a picture on what kind of "demographic" we are.
There is a huge rise in what (((they))) would call far right in the world right now, maybe (((they))) think it's time to make a shift and turn to using controlled opposition right wing politicians in order to pacify the people and get them back under control, while their puppets keep pushing the kike agenda, but wrapped in different packaging. Kind of what that Italian woman or Obran are doing, and probably that right wind party that is now in power at Swede (don't know much about them, tbh).

As far as I know all search engines are kiked. I use Yandex and will keep using it until something better comes up. I'm kind of past caring what they might have on me or not.
I've been testing Freespoke(https://freespoke.com/) and sometimes use Webcrawler(http://www.webcrawler.com/). There's always Captain Caveman(http://websearchpro.captaincaveman.nl/?id=search_engines&subid=browse&index=A) and Start Page(https://www.startpage.com/). I really would like to make my own webcrawler, but I'm not sure I can pull it off and need more storage too.
The only unkiked ones are Searx instances, but they're rather inconvenient to use.
There is nothing good, personally after yandex became nearly unusable I switched to brave search.
