Both of these claims were levelled at jews historically. There are claims that jews poisoned the wells of Christian communities in medieval Europe hundreds of years ago, also claims that jews killed Christian children to use their blood in making unleavened bread for Passover (look up "blood libel").

Some jews and gentiles literally still do this.

The shots, for example, are literally poison masquerading as a health elixir.

On certain holidays, even today, children are sacrificed and blood is drank and eaten with bread. That is documented fact. Leading up to these holidays is when the kids are abducted.
