Abstract

The SARS-CoV-2 virus is still spreading worldwide, and there is an urgent need to effectively prevent and control this pandemic. This study evaluated the potential efficacy of Egg Yolk Antibodies (IgY) as a neutralizing agent against the SARS-CoV-2. We investigated the neutralizing effect of anti-spike-S1 IgYs on the SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, as well as its inhibitory effect on the binding of the coronavirus spike protein mutants to human ACE2. Our results show that the anti-Spike-S1 IgYs showed significant neutralizing potency against SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, various spike protein mutants, and even SARS-CoV in vitro. It might be a feasible tool for the prevention and control of ongoing COVID-19.

Yup. This winter is the first where my chickens didn't produce any eggs for more than a day or two. They're actually at about 2 eggs, total, for the past 4 weeks. I only have 4 chickens now and one molted late, but still that is bad. My wife has had to buy eggs from a store like an NPC.

Anyway, more chicks coming soon and I'm seriously considering adding a light for winter months. Problem is I don't have any electrical back near the coop.

There are multiple reports online that there is something wrong with the purina and other chicken feed. Check into the feed you are using.

I saw many videos of farmes stating that all their hens stopped laying eggs since last october-september. Only once they changed to food they used to feed the hen with, the very same day the hens laid eggs again.

Seems like hen food is being used to "try" (it won't work) to manufacture yet another crisis. My 2 cents.

But they still did a lot of conflation of COVID with flu where they basically called every flu-like case “COVID” to inflate the numbers.

So, I see why people say it’s not real since people know they do that shit.

The thing is, those two things don’t have to be mutually exclusive. It can be real and they can also try to pass of flu cases as COVID at the same time..which is what I think they did.

I have noticed that my birds are not laying like they once did, but mine are atleast 3 years old and for awhile, i assumed that it was because my roosters outnumbered my hens. My eggs used to be bigger than the store bought but now they are smaller. also, my birds eat some of the eggs, which would normally indicate a vitamin problem, but even with supplementation, this still happens from time to time.

i do believe that they are messing with the feed, and i do believe that there is power in the egg. its ok though, all they are doing is pushing people closer to the light so that we live as God intended.

sorry for the late reply. yes, my chickens spend most of the day out in their large pen. on top of their normal laying pellets, they also receive oyster shell supplements.
