That is especially odd considering that the main players (England, Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands) were often military enemies and competitors for colonies. So Whites fought among themselves to colonize other races and still did so with ease.

They were incapable of industrialized society. Even with access to the internet they are still incapable of industrialized society today. It had nothing to do with weaponry. It had everything to do with intelligence, written language, and long-term planning.
If I were the nigger leader, I would advocate for a good old fashioned eugenics program. They don't need welfare incentivizing the stupidest sheeboons to have four kids with the horniest pavement ape on the block. Only the very smartest niggers with impulse control would have kids if I were king of the niggers. I would sterilize the rest and make sure the program survived after my death. In a few dozen generations my subjects' great great... grandkids would be functional and capable of productive living in modern society.
You really have the nortics and the mongles competing for different land masses, and they hit other continents like Africa with inventions like the wheel and gunpowder that made it impossible to lose.
