I know its prob obvious but illegals aren't under the authority of a Foreign Govt if they're not a 'Citizen' and therefore are not bound by 'Citizen mandates'. the giving of insurance is because joos / shabbos goy have eroded the multiple Laws/ policies etc previously preventing such. Ultimately , it's anti-White agenda and vote buying.
