What could possibly be in Audrey Hale's Manifesto that causes the FBI to refuse its release based on it being "Astronomically Dangerous" and "a blueprint on total destruction"?

Does that indicate the government helped "her" plan this? What could possibly be so dangerous?

Yea, best part for me was how he mentioned going to the international HQ of the Templers order (in geneva / swisseland ???) to let them know what he was going to do beforehand, in order to get their blessing and that his reason was because anders brevik had allegedly also done the exact same thing - yet absolutely no one in media or law enforcement thought that worthy of following up.
