WHY does "diversity" not improve anything? Sure, it's easy for any of us to pull up reasons: lower IQs, shitty cultures, laziness... The list can go on.

But what needs to come out is an acceptably-phrased reason which normies can digest.

So WHY ... EXACTLY has "diversity" not made people rich? What is it about the diversity of races and genders which causes projects and companies to crater so magnificently?

I think that if the right reason can be presented the right way, normies won't be able to reject it. I don't know - maybe they normies will still reject it with their cognitive dissonance. But it's worth another try.

Because it has nothing to do with improving anything. Global jewry wants to eliminate their #1 threat, White people. Intelligent White people are difficult to rule and more difficult than other races to fool. Some of them can think critically and uncover jewish tricks. They also have the capacity to organize and conquer.

The way to get through to "normies" (by the way, you sound like a normie to me), is to let them come to the realization that diversity is really ethnic cleansing, that it's jews behind it, and that their motivations (like the thousands of years prior) are evil.
