I have arrangements to move for work and I figure that this would be the time to get out of the family AT&T plan and find at the least depraved cell provider, if not one that hasn't been kiked at all. All I really need is a cheap unlimited data plan and a hotspot to use as my home internet.

Tello is at least cheap if you don't make heavy smartphone use. Been using them for years.
