The same way that all of the sand box people used to live, under the rule of a dictator. They only understand violence and a iron fist. To them, strength is law. They do not care about the "social contract". They care about their own power, wealth and pleasure. *Many* but not all White people are very different from that. Sadly, the tendency to empathy is what gets in the way of being the iron fist.
