Any time you ask the question "should X be allowed?", remember that the only way rules are enforced is through the initiation of violence. If it's "should we allow axe murderers", violence is entirely appropriate to stop axe murderers. By all means, break out the guns. If its to stop bikinis, you should rethink the reasoning that led you from "clothing you dislike" to "murdering someone".
