The baby only recognizes himself as a being that is not the mother until he is about 4 months old. He starts to develop communication at about 9 months. He can learn to speak at about 1 and a half. He develops his own will at about 3 years old. White children are not quiet, but can be well-behaved. Quiet children are restrained and bottled-up, prone to explosions and later trauma. Kids are kids and trying to change nature only brings trouble later on. Babies are more quiet if they breastfeed, dont get shots nor have televisions or loud devices near their development phase. Nothing will give you confirmation they will be quiet even if both you and the mother are quiet. Embrace the chaos, because chaos produces things, and its your duty to direct and control it for good.
