I think it's a learned behaviour. Let's take Bosnian muslims for example. They are ethnically White, but have been muslims for centuries by willingly converting to islam during Ottoman times. Even though they are far away from middle east and majority of them are not racemixed with Turks, they still possess all negative traits associated with people from there, even the ones not necessarily associated with religion (laziness, cowardice, lying). Same effect can be made on people by exposing them to abuse (including circumcision), LGBT propaganda or porn during their formative years.
