When I'm shaving I'll take a swipe at the uni-brow spot. It doesn't fill in but can get noticeable if I never do it. In between haircuts I'll go outside and trim the back of my neck. Unkempt neck fuzzies are something the ladies will notice. Once in awhile I'll clean up my shoulders just a little bit, but it looks weird if I shave it, so just a nip here and there with scissors. If I'm going to be out in tick country for a long time might trim the pubes back to make it easier to check. TMI, but you asked!
