I used to think that the actors/actresses in TV and movies weren't actually consuming anything. Such as food, drink, cigarettes, etc. I thought it was all fake. I don't know why I thought that. It is all fake, but not necessarily that part.

Spinach contain more iron than other veggies.

When I was very young I also believe that the entire world was fake and I was like in Truman Show (that was released decades later).
