I seldom hear the term applied to anyone who isn't white. Given the context the term is used in, I typically infer 'entitled white person' as the message. You can justify violence for anything if your iq is low enough. I don't ever think those chimpouts ever have any moral rationalization behind them. So then why is that a prerequisite for the term being a slur? I think it fits the definition.
