You can crosspost to /s/3dprinting too. I have a old and extremely modified monoprice makerselect v2. I would not suggest it if you are starting out. A lot of people like bamboo labs but they have been a little fucky lately on their firmware/software stuff but it looks like they are trying to make good on it. I have a friend with a somewhat recent version of a prusa3d that they like. It kind of depends on what you want to do with it and the features you want? Do you want multi-filament (color or others). Do you want a huge print bed. Do you want to have a resin based printer that is light cured? Etc... @MrFadedGlory for your thoughts on the Bamboo printer.
