Plan to make them tomorrow or saturday, depending on what the wife thinks.

I want to fry them up in a pan. What kind of grease do you guys recommend? Do I use a little or a lot?

Never even made tortillas before. Any info will be appreciated.

I have yet to find anything that can be pan fried, that hasn't turned out awesome when it was cooked in bacon fat.
