When you say "Get on the internet," I assume you mean "in a browser."

Check the extensions you have installed. Check to see what your homepage is. Most browsers have a reset option, that's nuclear but may be your path. (Just save bookmarks beforehand.)

For starters, every computer needs to be debloated. They make it really easy to do this now. Google it on the internet
