What's being done is users' online lives is that they are being collectively scoured, archived, data-mined and harvested for this tiny piece of info that's not identifying and then this other that isn't as well, then this 3rd, 4th and 5th. None of which are even remotely identifying, but collectively they are. Even trained CIA agents fail this, and do so a lot.
