Skimming some videos I came across a video about him and how he was killed by Frank Sheehan. I really wonder if he didn't get plastic surgery and become someone else (think the movie Seconds with Rock Hudson) or is he really dead.

He’s in a New Jersey waste center. He was mixed up with organized crime folk that owned New Jersey waste center. So I’m guessing they offed him, and hid him in a dump

I vote for him being killed. Not sure if it was by Sheehan.

He got greedy, he threatened to rat, and they killed him. He's not the first one to go down that road.
