That's always my first thought. Create a great repository everyone uses exclusively for a while, then delete it when it's no longer useful to your cause. (Ie no more propaganda money for a little while, delete the opposition so when you restart, you have a leg up). Instant memory hole starter pack. Not saying this what happened here, I just notice that has happened quite a bit over the years.
