For me, it's matching leather when dressing up. I refuse to wear brown leather shoes w/ a black leather belt... or wristband on my watch. I have a brown set of kit including shoes, belt, and watch. Then a black leather kit.

^ This. If you have the opportunity the next time you're waiting at an airport, put your phone away and people watch. Even in a huge, busy airport you'll only find a handful of people who aren't buried in their phones. Used to be fun to people watch there, but now it is just sad.
