For me, it's matching leather when dressing up. I refuse to wear brown leather shoes w/ a black leather belt... or wristband on my watch. I have a brown set of kit including shoes, belt, and watch. Then a black leather kit.

I get this. I'd set up an IP camera so you can verify on your phone.

Believe it or not, I don't carry a phone.

It's getting harder not to. I've walked out of a few restaurants (watering holes with food generally) that have abandoned paper menus regrettably. I'm also finding the two-factor authentication bit to be problematic occasionally without one. I almost got one a couple months back because they're the easiest means of taking photos, but strangely at about the same time I reached the conclusion that taking photos is a personal waste of time. Generally Mrs. Duck can take one for me, but I don't ask real often.

With all the fucktards clamoring and positioning themselves for photos at public places - and then thrusting their phones in the air in front of me, I generally jockey for position, get a front row seat view and don't relinquish it until I have the scenery burned into my brain. When asked to move, I ordinarily tell them they can wait until I've finished - I'm not taking a photo. Most shut up after that.

I'm sick to death of phone zombies. I almost made a poll here last week about them, but figured I'd just get "angry boomer" comments. May still do it if I get bored with shit this weekend...
