Gonna disagree. Grew up there, 22 years invested. Chicanos don't need a lot to get pissed. Riots and protests for them are almost a family affair. The whole 73 member extended family will come out and protest and fuck shit up while over on the sides someone is cooking with corona on ice. The GOOD part (I guess?) is Mexicans usually have more logical reasons for getting pissed and burning shit down. Niggers just do it for no reason other than to steal loot and murder.
If whites or niggers were present in larger numbers in this, I'd agree more heartily. But these are mostly generic wetbacks. They're just looking for an excuse to fuck shit up while family is there.
